WELCOME TO THE TEAM
Jeremy Majszak, Operations Manager
Jeremy Majszak joined T-Tool Company in June 2026 as Operations Manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience in education and coaching. His passion for developing people, solving challenges, and continuously improving processes made the transition into manufacturing a natural fit. He was drawn to T-Tool because of the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing alongside a company committed to excellence.
In his role, Jeremy focuses on creating a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment where employees can succeed. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly what he enjoys. Whether he’s operating machinery, scheduling production, performing quality control, or solving day-to-day challenges, Jeremy is committed to supporting the team and improving operations every step of the way.
With a strong coaching background, Jeremy believes success starts with people. He enjoys working alongside the machining team, helping employees overcome challenges, and fostering an environment where everyone is working toward the same goals. His leadership philosophy is built on collaboration, accountability, and leading by example.
He is most proud of earning this opportunity to step into a leadership role. Throughout his career, he has continually pursued personal and professional growth, and he’s excited to help shape the future of T-Tool while supporting the continued success of the team.
A motto Jeremy hopes to instill throughout the shop is, “Control what you can control.” He believes there will always be circumstances outside of our control, but when everyone focuses on doing their job to the best of their ability every day, success naturally follows.
Jeremy finds daily inspiration in the people around him. Seeing the shop floor working hard, accomplishing goals, and maintaining a positive attitude motivates him to give his best every day. He has tremendous respect for leaders who lead through their actions.
Outside of work, his greatest inspiration is his wife, Stacie, whose work ethic, leadership, and dedication to their family continue to motivate him both personally and professionally. Originally from Canton, Michigan, Jeremy now resides in the South Lyon community. When he’s away from T-Tool, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and coaching hockey.
His favorite quote, and one that reflects his approach to leadership and work, is: “Success is not owned. It’s leased. And rent is due every day.”
